Hotel Centrale is very well located, right across from Bussels Central Train Station. The hotel itself has to go through some thoughtful refurbishing works. Decoration is old as can be and the atmosphere is a bit dimly-lighted. Employees also have to be better informed about Belgium, Brussels and regions...

The bathroom was the nicest bathroom we had seen within all 4 hotels we stayed at in Europe (Paris, London, Edinburgh, Brussels). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and had a fridge. Great hotel, would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone else! Great location as well!

I stayed in a Superior Double Room for 4 nights, and the location was excellent-just a quick walk to both the central train station and the Royal park. The breakfast had a solid selection and high-quality teabags. The 24/7 availability of tea and coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. My room was spacious and very clean.
Sound isolation could use improvement.

Great location!
This hotel does not deserve 4 stars, 2 stars will be more appropriate. Room is small and needs refurbishment. Air-condition is very noisy.

The location was great and the room was comfortable. We had 3 people in a small suite, so there was plenty of room. The bath had a tub and shower and 2 sinks.
Our hair dryer was not working and the shower would not stay raised overhead. The extra bed was very small and not suited for a full sized adult. The room description did not say it would be a rollaway bed.

The location is unbeatable! Just minutes from the Central station and a quick walk to the Grand Place. The room was spacious and stylish, but the breakfast could be improved 🚶♂️

Staying at 9Hotel Central exceeded my expectations in many areas. The staff were friendly and professional, really making me feel welcome. The room was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep. The location couldn't be more convenient-just a quick three-minute walk from Brussels Central station. This made it easy to explore the city and catch trains to other destinations. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast, especially the fresh pain au chocolat and scrambled eggs. The noise from the alley at night was disruptive. Staying near the rubbish collection point means it might not be ideal for light sleepers.

Unbeatable location, a short way from everywhere. For tea or coffee visit Papparoti nearby. Well-appointed and very well decorated rooms with a beautiful view on the cathedral. Bonus point for WiFi and coffee.

The room was super clean, but the street noise was pretty annoying at night.

The rooms were brand-new and high standard, and the bathroom was good-sized with a bath. The breakfast was great and adequate, the check in was early.

The staff were helpful and accommodating .
Unfortunately, the noise level was quite disruptive throughout my stay. I could hear the traffic from outside, hard to sleep at night. I was also disappointed to find my pillow cover was dirty, not what you expect for the price point.

Fantastic location, v central, 5 ins to Grand Place, 10 mins to Beaux Arts. Very good price, though out of my usual range!
Tea-making facilities in the room would be good. The breakfast buffet was quite pricey at 13 euros although pretty good - fresh fruit, range of cereals, scrambled eggs etc - but an option to just buy a tea or a coffee would be useful.
